Blogging has fallen off this summer. I'm a little surprised this is the first post of July, on the last day of the month, and I'm posting so that I don't go a whole month without anything on the blog. We've just returned from a family vacation on Virginia's Eastern Shore, enjoying a friend's house in a quiet area north of Cape Charles. Earlier in the month, we visited family in Columbia, South Carolina.
I'll try to do better next month. International travel is still a long way off. For now, we're watching the Olympics happening in Japan and looking forward to hopefully seeing the games in Paris in 2024.
